What data we process
Contact form. Your name, e-mail address and message, which are e-mailed to us. We use them to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Retention: one year after the last correspondence, or longer where the law requires it for a resulting contract.
Server logs. Our hosting provider logs technical request data (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: per the hosting provider’s settings.
Analytics. Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
Without your consent this site sets no cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to two years. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
