The challenge

A long-lived, feature-rich payment app on two platforms had to move onto a new corporate design system without interrupting regular releases.

What we built

Compose-based design-system components on Android, a staged SwiftUI and Combine migration on iOS, and written status and effort reports so the client can plan the migration release by release.
